This 14 week program provides foundational knowledge in hairstyling, fashion and editorial makeup artistry, film & TV makeup and theatrical makeup and prosthetics. Through an introduction to fashion, film and theatrical makeup, students are equipped to start building their skillset toward becoming a professional MUA.

What you'll learn

The 14 week Make up Artist fundamentals program is highly regarded for its intensive, hands-on training offered at our downtown Toronto campus. Many students who complete the Makeup Artist Fundamentals Certificate program go on to further study in the Diploma programs. Some students will gain entry-level employment in jobs such as retail or salon/freelance.
